Despite the rain, teams battled for the High Tide Trophy at the Tees & Hartlepool Rowing Race on Saturday!
Due to the wind forecast, we had to put safety first which meant time trials, with AV Dawson Limited & Tees Bulks (PD Ports) in a nail-biting final!
Highlights included teams from local businesses and veterans battling it out on the water, while families enjoyed exploring the RNLI boat, fire engine, and police cars.
Jet ski champion Jason amazed spectators with his stunts, and the race ended in a dramatic finish with Tees Bulks claiming victory after a competitor’s oar snapped!
